● DUZAI offers free shipping for purchase of 2 pieces, we will contact you via email/ whatsapp/ Tel to confirm the details of the order. We will deliver the goods within 72 hours after you confirm the order.
● Due to the instability of international logistics, the estimated time is as follows
1/ UAE :6-7 working days
2/ UK :5-7 working days
3/ Saudi Arabia :10 working days

All orders are shipped using Dearly/yunexpress You will receive an email from DUZAI once your package has shipped with a tracking number and a link to track directly. Please note: as international shipping is not allowed to change the address after shipment, please make sure the address information is correct when we confirm the address with you.
► Shipping Instructions for Saudi/Kuwait
Due to the ongoing development of express delivery services in Kuwait, and the government's imposition of additional taxes on imported goods, we are currently unable to provide free shipping services in these two countries. We will adjust the freight after optimizing the local logistics distribution. Thank you for your understanding.
