I ordered ring classic one stone ring and they gave me different I trusted them but im totally disappointed from them i want to contact them but nobody replies me, its my first experience with them but im disappointed my husband too much angry with me

Got my ring today and i love it, it doesnt show clearly on the picture but the ring is super sparkly in person.simple yet elegant. I am very happy that it was delivered on time even though they had a break in between for the holidays. I will order one more! Thanks also for the cute gift!

This ring is absolutely gorgeous. The stone shines and sparkles more than my Charles and Colvard forever one moissanite. Buy it, you won’t regret it. Setting it a little plain but overall the ring is worth the cost!

Moissanite is an exquisitely beautiful man-made gem, it is conflict free, ethical and eco-friendly than diamond. Whoever said that a diamond is rare is ignorant, there are several supplies of diamonds being controlled to manipulate its price on the market. There are even several conflict diamonds that are tainted by violence, human rights abuses, and environmental degradation. It is also not a good investment just like gold. Lastly, love shouldn’t be associated with the matter above and a hefty price tag. With that being said, I don’t think that a diamond is a perfect expression of love and commitment as advertised in the market (it’s just a manipulation). There are lots of moissanites in the market but when I received my first order from Duzai, I saw the good quality and the price of their gem compares to others. The service is satisfactory for me. Yes, of course they are not perfect, same as any other companies in the world, but they are professionals, friendly, prompt and very easy to deal with which is what matter most. That 3 Carats Simple Moissanite Open Ring from Duzai visually dethrones some of my diamond jewelry. I order this ring 3 weeks ago and just received it yesterday, but the size was so big however I selected my size, and when I contacted them they just told me go to jewelry shop to adjust the ring!!!! Like are you serious!!!! Why I paid this amount thou!!! And I am already selected my size and it was available!!!
And even thou it’s really very big like my size is 5 and it’s 8 !!!
RAELLY BAD service!!!!!
