Last time we mentioned that we should improve our after-sales service experience. After repeated negotiation and evaluation with the logistics company, we confirmed that the goods could not be returned and we would repair them, so we adopted a compromise method. Starting tomorrow, we will be shipping a silver wipe and some stone in the package to help customers solve most of the tough after sales issues.
Our customer service team found in the main after-sales problems here that most customers would have stone falling and oxidation due to the collision during wearing and long time outdoor wearing. These are common occurrences in silver jewelry, which is naturally soft and reacts with oxygen in the air.
Because we hope that everyone can use this after-sales package immediately, so we use simple packaging at present, the complete packaging design is still in progress, please bear with us at this transition stage, we will continue to improve our products and services, and welcome your valuable suggestions.
