To introduce our order processing process, after you submit your order:

1/We will contact you through your registered email address or the whatsapp of the recipient's phone.

2/To avoid invalid orders, whether online credit card payment or cash on delivery (Middle East only), you will receive a detailed confirmation of your order amount/shipping address/consignee information, please confirm carefully to ensure that you can receive the goods smoothly.

3/You can tell us your special request or cancel the order during the order confirmation process.

4/Your goods will be shipped within 72 hours of your order confirmation and you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also find the tracking number in the order of your personal center.
